My name is Madeline Howard and I enjoy doing anything creative, really. I grew up in Pittsburgh but have moved several times throughout the years which catalyzed my interest in Interior Architecture and Design. Renovating the homes I have lived in has opened my eyes to the design process and sparked my interest in the Design program at LaRoche. I am also obtaining my minor in Marketing, which will hopefully land me a career in the Hospitality-Design industry come post-graduation. One of the most impactful things I will take away from this program is how much of an effect I can have on society as a designer. The interior spaces we consume have an immense impact on our experience and I get to be the one to dictate whether it is a positive one. Outside of Interior Design, I channel my creativity through fashion, art, and music. I love to upcycle thrifted clothes, knit, crochet and paint.
